I don’t believe in “fixing” people. I believe in meeting survivors where they are, in all the ways they learned to survive, and slowly building a life beyond survival.
My mission is simple: To help people living with CPTSD, early childhood trauma, dissociation, and generational cycles reconnect with themselves and feel safe in their own skin. To give survivors a place where they don’t have to “perform” healing or pretend to be okay. To teach nervous system regulation, parts work, and trauma-informed practices that empower—not overwhelm. To walk with you until you realize you were never “too much” or “not enough.” You were always whole.
What I Believe:🌿 Healing isn’t linear. You don’t “graduate” from trauma. You grow around it.🌿 Dissociation isn’t weakness. It was brilliance. Your body kept you alive the only way it knew how.🌿 Generational cycles can be broken. You are not condemned to repeat what was handed to you.🌿 Grief, rage, and numbness are welcome here. No part of you is “too much.”🌿 You are not a project. You are a person, deserving of care, compassion, and space to unfold.
