I thought my worth was in how well I could anticipate danger, perform perfection, or disappear into dissociation.
Healing didn’t come from one magic method. It came from a long, messy, nonlinear process of returning—again and again—to truth. Some days it looked like grief. Other days, rage. Often, it looked like nothing at all: just showing up, surviving the silence, and finding one fragment of myself at a time.
I come from the same systems I now help others walk out of—abuse, silence, shutdown, and shape-shifting just to be safe. For years I lived disconnected from my body, my voice, and any sense of “real self.” Healing didn’t come from one modality. It came from a long, nonlinear, unglamorous return to truth.
Now, I help others do the same.
I believe healing is sacred. Slow. Sometimes terrifying. Always worth it. And I believe you deserve someone who won’t look away.
I was trained as a trauma recovery coach by the International Association of Trauma Recovery Coaching (IAOTRC) which included rigorous practicum with veterans in the field. I have since studied specializations in early childhood trauma, sexual abuse, dissociation, and complex PTSD (CPTSD). I have received training in NLP from an igNLP-certified trainer. I am also versed in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) as well as trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Additionally, I have training built for Certified Family Trauma Professionals (CFTP) as well as sex trafficking and sex industry exploitation (CCTS-S). I have additional life coaching training in life transformation coaching, forgiveness coaching, and group life coaching.
My mission is simple:
To help people living with CPTSD, early childhood trauma, dissociation, and generational cycles reconnect with themselves and feel safe in their own skin. To give survivors a place where they don’t have to “perform” healing or pretend to be okay. To teach nervous system regulation, parts work, and trauma-informed practices that empower—not overwhelm. To walk with you until you realize you were never “too much” or “not enough.” You were always whole.
What I Believe:
🌿 Healing isn’t linear. You don’t “graduate” from trauma. You grow around it.
🌿 Dissociation isn’t weakness. It was brilliance. Your body kept you alive the only way it knew how.
🌿 Generational cycles can be broken. You are not condemned to repeat what was handed to you.
🌿 Grief, rage, and numbness are welcome here. No part of you is “too much.”
🌿 You are not a project. You are a person, deserving of care, compassion, and space to unfold.
Healing is heavy work, but you don’t have to do it alone.
